Bukola leads the firms Intellectual Property, Employment and Regulatory Practice Groups. She is a multi-skilled legal practitioner with diverse experience in the private, public and non-profit sectors. She provides legal advisory on intellectual property protection and enforcement, and leads the firm’s team on inter-governmental engagements.
She has worked with one of Nigeria’s leading commercial law firms, the International Labour Organisation, Geneva – Switzerland, and served in the Public Sector as a Legal Adviser to the Commissioner of Finance, Lagos State.
She was instrumental towards the refinancing of the internal and external loans of the infrastructure concession Companies in Lagos State. She also researched and edited the Child Labour Handbook for the United Nations (UN), and aided the collating, analyses of data from Lagos MDAs on revenue generation, debt management and expenditure for a research at the University of Oxford, England (UK).
Bukola Bolarinwa was recognised by Queen Elizabeth II and received the Commonwealth Queens Young Leaders Award.
