Taofeeq leads the firm’s corporate governance, company secretarial and legal advisory practice group. He advises clients locally and internationally on Foreign Investment, Project Finance, and Public Private Partnerships (PPP).
Taofeeq’s worked as a litigator in one of Nigeria’s leading litigation firms and subsequently served as Head of Legal and Director at a diversified investment Holding Company with interests in Infrastructure, Aviation, Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction. Taofeeq was instrumental to the documentation, negotiation and pre-qualification of the concession of one of Nigeria’s largest sea port terminals.
He served as a Director to NAHCO Energy and Power Limited (a subsidiary of National Aviation Handling Company Plc – NAHCO), Asokoro Island, and Central Cement and Logistics (CENCEM) before transferring his vast corporate experience to Canary Legal.
